I have an integration with TrustPilot I am having to modify for GDPR. The existing integration is simply adding a trustpilot email address as a BCC on the Order Paid email (done in the message template). This needs to be as a BCC rather than just an email to the trustpilot address so this verifies that the customer is genuine.
As part of GDPR I am allowing the customer to opt in to this service rather than it being send for all orders. Is there a way of intercepting the sending event for this specific email?
I would want to then add the BCC before sending if the customer has opted in.
