stock control

Hi, ive just been playing around making dummy orders and noticed the cart allows you to place an order even if your out of stock!, i think it maybe a good idea to prevent this from happening, (maybe when stock gets to say 3 (admin selects stock level cutoff) then a message is displayed to customer 'saying out of stock' and disable the add to cart button!. As you can probably imagine this could cause some serious problems to customer and shop owner.
