Is my website SQL Injection？

I found that there are batch customers into my customer chat,now there are more 10 million customers that without email, password, username.It is possible someone SQL Injection my website

CDL0759, those are anonymous users. Users that hit your site but never create an account or log in. Make sure the "Delete Guest" scheduled task is running. It cleans those users out after a certain period of time.
