My website on old version needs to upgrade and revamp. Can anyone help ?

I am running my online business using a very old version of nopCommerce. I like to upgrade and revamp my current site. I wish to have some functions like adding videos ( either link from Youtube or from my own recording ) and also link-up to some social media etc.

I am not selling many products, I foreseen will be around 20 to 30 at most. I want the new site to be simple, straight forward, and very user-friendly. Can anyone help ?
