Account mail configuration with SSL and 465 port

Hi all,
I'm trying to configure account email with ssl enabled and 465 port but i receive

The operation has timed out.

Host: smtps.aruba.it
Port: 465
SSL: True
NopCommerce version 4.1.

Now, as a seurity specification it's not possible anymore send and email without ssl. So..how can i do to solve this problem ?
