Product tags SEO

Hi,

I suggest to manage product tags with SEO.

Right now SEO audit for nopCommerce websites shows massive of duplicates seo meta tags. The means Google penalty for SEO.

In general the product tags making a very good job for SEO, but in the high positions it is very hard

to promote the pages because the lack of SEO meta tags.

We need to handle SEO for product tags pages same as product pages.

Meta keywords
Meta title
Meta description

For each language of course.
