1.6 Google checkout does not complete the order

Hello,

I am on 1.6, Purchased SSL , done all the Google Merchant ID etc setup

I have enabled the Google check out which appears at my 1st checkout page when Iclick on it it takes me to google cart where I can submit the order. When I click go back to my site it takes me back to my home page. But my shopping cart from nopCommerce site does not get clear and under my account I do not see the order I palced. Even the Admin dashboard do not show me the order.

What I am missing?

I tried Google Checkout once and the order did not show up in my admin area and it didn't update my inventory.  I deleted Google as a payment option.

Maybe 1.7 or 1.8 will fix the problem.  I'm stuck with 1.6 for now because I had to make a lot of code changes.
