Does anybody know a good plugin that can easily add content such as images banners video, text, to topic pages, maybe using pre built templates, or some other method.

We provide the paid plugin HTML Widgets that allows you to add HTML content to pages in your store. The plugin lets you set up widgets (templates) and assign them to pages, products, categories, manufacturers either manually or by using conditions.
