Dropdown Prices

We have a need to change the pricing of the dropdowns that show.

Right now it shows the base price at $5.00 and then +3.00 for one item and +8.00 for the next item.

We need it to show $5.00, $8.00, and $13.00 (the actual price rather than the +/- price. How can we achieve this?

I assume you are using Product Attributes like this

But instead I think you want Grouped (product with variants) like this

Otherwise, to do what you want with attributes would require customization.
