Hello to community,
I have updated an old nop to 4.1 and very ofter in random time , i get this message

An error occurred while starting the application.

.NET Core 4.6.27129.04 X64 v4.0.0.0    |   Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting version 2.1.1-rtm-30846    |    Microsoft Windows 10.0.14393    |   Need help?

The problem is fixed after app restart (Modify web.config or enable & disable .net on IIS pool ),
Any clue ?

Perhaps the error was logged and you can expand it for more details. That way you don't have to wait to get the error again. Check Admin --> System --> Log.

The only error i get on Admin->logs is.
Error 404. The requested page (/WebResource.axd) was not found
and more.......others
nothing else , critical & fatal don't exists.

From my hosting service they send me this error
