Upgraded from 4.0 to 4.10 and now not working

Hi,

As per the guidelines mentioned in the upgrade nopcommerce, i followed all the steps and i done as per the instruction.

After the upgrade the site is not working and getting the error page exactly other people reported in the below link

HTTP Error 502.5 - Process Failure

so now how can i fix it and anybody can help me to come out from this issue.

Hello,

Please check the System Requirements for nopCommerce 4.1 here. You might get the 502.5 error if you don't have the .NET Core 2.1 runtime installed on your server.

As per nop-templates post I download the .net core and its works and nopcommerce installation screen opened for setting. After enter the all fields i got the below error

Hi,

The backend control panel working with my old backend link and shows pop up screen  Just says" Error happened"

and i check some other menu and some of them shows the same error. Front page not open at all.

Now what steps i have to do.How can i reinstall fresh one?

Delete the file Nop.Web\App_Data\dataSettings.json if it exists (keep a backup to look at later)
Run the the website and see if it will do the standard installation
If that works then change the dataSettings.json file to point to your new database
See what happens then
