Limit products on shop

Hi

I would like to make sure that no products are for sale in my shop if they dont have an Atribute Combination.
So i dont want a shoe to be sold in size 36 even if we have a size attribute 36, but there are no combination made.
A shoe should have both size and color, otherwise we dont know the GTIN of the sold item.

Is there any solution for that?

I am sure this must be a setting of some sort, no way to run a big ecommerce without knowing exactly what product is sold. And that is by GTIN
