Q&A PLUGIN that works with 4.10

Any help here would be appreciated. My marketing firm downloaded one of these and it is not compatible with 4.10. They also attempted to contact the developer with no answer.

It has an admin interface to answer the questions and an e-mail template to automatically be sent to the customer, when the question is answered.
