Resource strings missing after upgrade to 4.20

I've noticed a few warnings pertaining to Resource string **** is not found.
Looks as if I can simply add a resource string, but find it odd that I'm needing to do this.

Here are a few that I've found that were missing and giving warnings:
admin.configuration.plugins.discardchanges
admin.configuration.plugins.discardchanges.progress
admin.configuration.plugins.changesapplyafterreboot
admin.configuration.plugins.applychanges
admin.configuration.plugins.applychanges.progress
activitylog.uploadnewiconsarchive
reviews.fields.rating.notgoodnotexcellent

I've updated the script with your changes and when I performed the upgrade scripts from 4.00 to 4.10 to 4.20, the following string was still missing:
reviews.fields.rating.notgoodnotexcellent

Most likely, you do not have the latest version of the release, download the latest upgrade script on the official website, or pay attention to this commit.
