How to set up custom 403 Error Page?

Hello.

Using nopCommerce 3.90.

I have enabled Error Pages in IIS and set 403 Error Page. Then I add specific IP address to be denied.

Browser showes message that Access is forbidden, but it doesn't show my custom 403 Error Page.

I have set up my custom 403 Error Page file in IIS on my Windows VPS. I also tried adding my custom file to .NET Error Pages... It doesn't help!

What can I do to make it work? Are there any other settings for it?
