Addition of pictures

When product photos are added, nopCommerce renames photos.

For example:
We add a photo HP_Q2612A_400x400.jpg (a cartridge photo)
nopCommerce creates a picture with a name 0000189_300.jpg

1) It is inconvenient for clients when it downloads a photo.
2) the Searcher won't produce a photo with such a title at request.

The pictures are stored in a database table.

The files you are referring to are created for caching purposes.
