I am trying to debug my web project, but I get this error. How do I resolve it?

Visual studio is trying to copy the plugin executables inside Presentation\Nop.Web\Plugins\Tax.Avalara\Plugins\. Try to find out the reason.

I cleared this folder and it now works:

src\Presentation\Nop.Web\Plugins
