Where pictures store in 4.2 database

In 4.0 there is a column 'PictureBinary' in Picture table, it holds the binary of images. After migrating to 4.2, this column is removed. Does anyone know where it moved to?

I found it, it moved to a new table PictureBinary. Didn't refresh my table list in sql server,  didn't see this new table.
