Upgrade ver. 1.6 to 1.9 detail instructions

Hi

We are going to be very pleased if someone can send me a detail instructions to upgrade 1.6 to 1.9.
I couldn´´t find this information in the forun nor nop user´s guide.

PD: Installed a test site and all had been backuped.

make sure you have backed up the database

look for the upgrade scripts the instal folder

run the scripts consecutively over your database

ie
script 1.6 to 1.7 upgrade
17 to 1.8
1.8 to 1.9

its easiest done using server management studio

I just ran the scripts from 1.6 all the way up to 1.9 and everything went through perfectly!  A+++
