FCKEditor added into 1.9?

I saw in the 1.9 Release Notes that there was a fix regarding FCKEditor. I'm hoping this means FCKEditor was added back in. However, I suspect it's just a fix for folks who've manually added FCKEditor back in.

Can somebody clarify whether FCKEditor has been added back into 1.9?

Yes, AjaxControlToolkit:HtmlEditor was replaced by FCKEditor in 1.90
