IIS Server Error "PageHandlerFactory-Integrated" & "ManagedPipelineHandler" when upgrading

I am trying to upgrade from 1.6 to 1.9. I got IIS server error "PageHandlerFactory-Integrated" & "ManagedPipelineHandler" when running install.aspx in IE.
The IIS is running on a local Win7 PC and I have got ASP.net 4.0 running.
Any idea? Thanks a lot.

I have found a fix for this.
ASP .Net 4.0 seems can’t register itself correctly by the ASP .Net installation.
So need to "%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i"
To register ASP .Net 4.0. My problem was fixed after that.
