Order confirmation email missing address fields

Hi there
Version 4.2
Order confirmation email we get when a customer places an order are imcomplete. The email is missing certain address fields like company name and address 2 (even when the customer completes these fields)  - is there a way to edit this so that all address fields are included in the order confirmation email?

You need to add tokens for that. Go to related template edit page. Check token list at the top of form and add them to the template.

i now understand why all fields are not included.

If they are left blank by the customer you get a blank line on the email.

is there a way to include the address field only if its got text in the address field?

also is there a company name field?
