Adding more taxes (More than one tax provider)

Hi,

I want to show and calculate more than one tax. For example, the cart should show the normal tax rate and an addition tax (Insurance fees) for example, any idea?

FYI - The Payment Providers can be configured with "Additional fee" (can be a %).
