Multi store separate customers

Is it possible to configure multiple stores and only allow the customer access to the store he registered in?
I can see that user has a property for the registered store.
If he need access to another store, he must create a new account.
I'm using Nop v3.9

No, customers can access and login to any store. They are not restricted as per the store.
