I am still not able to get pass the SSL Certificate error. I also noticed thier was a commit done which was for this , is this commit included in the last 4.30 version download?

I want to mention something that might help.
I found this website https://www.smtper.net/ , it uses mailkit so i know i am testing with what nopcommecre has right now on 4.30. When i enter my server info and use port 587 , i can get a successful email sent buy unchecking ( Use Secured Connection) and only having  checked (Use authentication) Maybe if inside 4.30 email config there can be this option as current (Use default credentials) then maybe i can get it to work . Just a heads up, and Thank you so much.
