How to access log history

Hello all,

in our website, someone has given register role to all Admin access in our website.  After investigation, we found that someone has a tick all permission in Access control list for register user.  I think this section can only access by Admin roles.  We have a few Admin users on our website.  My questions are..

1) Do we have last modified by and Last modified date for Access control list?
2) I have look at admin user history but this is doesn't help. Is there any other way I can find out log history about this?

No. There is an activity log yourwebsite.com/Admin/ActivityLog/ActivityLogs
But it does not log configuration change(s) or those for permissions
As you say only an Admin that has Manage ACL Permissions can access it.
Best restrict that permisison to high level User

I think there is no way to find out this.
