I am trying to figure out how to put the "Is Enabled" Checkbox inside my plugin when they click on the edit button and the EditPlugin Popup is showed but I have not been able to find a way.
For your own plugin, you can create your own setting for "Is Enabled" (although most others have called it "Is Active" to avoid any confusion). Then, you would have to check that setting as needed in your controllers, services, etc.
