Turkish Language Pack Caused A Function Error

Hello, I installed nopCommerce 4.20 version. I imported the Turkish language pack as XML. When the language of the site is in Turkish, I cannot add to the cart(which is an eCommerce function). But when the site's language is in English, it adds it to the cart without any problem. The error I got when the language was in Turkish: "Failed to add the product. Please refresh the page and try one more time." (When I refreshed the page, products appears in the cart)
How can I fix this problem?

Hello, I'm getting the same error. This problem needs to be resolved quickly.

Please go to admin area > configuration > languages > choose "Turkish". What is the value of the "Products.ProductHasBeenAddedToTheCart.Link" locale? Please ensure that it's set to Ürün, <0> ürün karşılaştırmanıza </0> eklendi

Or simply re-download the language pack. It should be fixed there

Hi I have turkish language problem with mysql.  "ı,ş,ç..." character return "i,s,c..." in db but i can change this characters in db they are showing normal on web. but whatever I save, it changes anyway.

i found solution for my question. i add   CharSet=utf8   to connection string.
