Admin Area Allowed IP not working for new IPs I enter??

Hello all,

I'm running nopcommerce 4.10 and my tech guy left this in my hands. I want to be able to update the web site from home, so I added my external IP address in the Admin allowed field. I have a few IPs listed, each one separated by a comma. For whatever reason the new IP I added doesn't work. The administration link up top does not show. I added a second new IP to access it from my cell phone, but that didn't work either.

I retrieved the IPs from typing ipconfig.me in google and it displayed the IP address, so they are correct.

I restarted the application for kicks but it didn't help. Can somebody help?
