Threatening License Letters ALL THE TIME (license bought)

Getting these all the time, license is purchased, installed etc, no phone number to call anybody to clear it out, was told MANY times that it was OK and our domain is whitelisted, now got another one, c'mon guys can you sort this out PLEASE?

Is it just us somehow or other people are getting them as well?

I believe the the place to raise your concern is contact nopCommerce team.

Thanks for your contribution, I did contact support many times and was advised this was sorted.

Yet we keep getting these emails.

Would appreciate response from Nop team, Andrei ideally how this can be sorted.

I can't possibly believe it's that difficult to keep a list of sites that have paid for the license and not harass them with those robot messages.

Or am I being too reasonable?
