Must be assigned to payment method-EFT / MONEY TRANSFER

Rule add-in that must be assigned to payment method is not available in version 4.20. I want 20% discount when CheckMoneyOrder plugin is selected. Previous versions had "Nop.Plugin.DiscountRules.PaymentMethods". Can you help with this?

I think that was a 3rd party plugin.  Check your plugin's  plugin.json file (or Description.txt file for older versions), to see who the Author was.
