Update currency exchange rates task reseting EUR currency to 0 on version 4.20

Hello,

I have a issue with one of my websites which has the following currencies, RON, EUR, USD, GBP. My primary exchange rate and store currency is RON. After the execution of the task Update currency exchange rates, the EUR rate is updated to 0, other currencies are updating how they should. There are no error logs or something that I could found. Anyone can help me or give me an insight ?

Note: Running manually updates the EUR currency how it should
Note: I do not have any other exchange rate providers installed
