I have looked at Telerik site and tried to understand what the license requirements are. They mention that you can deploy with no restriction. However, it appears that you need to buy a license if you are going to develop in Visual Studio:
. If I do not make any changes to the Kendo controls are there any issues with bringing up the solution in Visual Studio?
. If I want to make changes to the razor page that contains the Kendo control(s) would I need a Telerik Kendo license?
