ChildTable inline edit issue

Hi,

This looks like a bug.

I have a grid with inline edit, and also a child grid for each row as inline edit. In line Edit in child is not working and if you define UrlUpdate and UrlDelete for child, the parent in line Edit fires the child event.

Table.cshtml and _Table.Definition.cshtml needed fixing which I have done.
