HomepageNewsViewComponent does not render the href SeName on view

I have one code base Nop 4.30 and two stores, one english as default the other one spanish...
Whenever I add a news in any one store the SeName does not render the "href" for the SeName.

I have not done any customization into the nop core and I'm using the "defaultClean" theme.
The DB is SQL server and it is a migration from Nop 4.20.
Also I can see that all "Slug" exist in "dbo.UrlRecord"
