How can i publish to hosting(Natro)? NopCommerce v4.20

Hello.

I am using NopCommerve v4.20. I can use it on the Localhost without any problem. But it doesn't work when I upload it to hosting. The hosting I use has an SSL certificate and works actively. There is no problem with the publish process. I think I gave the necessary permissions and there is nothing I missed.  How can I access the details of the problem that occurs when I try to connect?

You need to give more information with details such as error codes, server error log etc. At first try to work with the Package without source code and do not forget to check the system requirements for your desired nopCommerce version

and double check these with your hosting provider.

I think the system is sufficient. We use Windows Server 2008 as the database server, but I have made the necessary arrangements for it in NopCommerce. Apart from this, the server of hosting is Windows Server 2012.

I am currently receiving an error in the form of "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" and as far as I understand from the answer below, the problem is about permissions.
