Provider Model & Exisiting applications

I already have a site using MySQL providers for both the main site application and also forums (YAF), I'd like to set-up nopcommerce using these providers too so all my users can have one login across the site.

Is it possible to use different membership, role, profile providers with nopcommerce?

Is it possible to run nopcommerce inside an existing application?
