Looking for Shipping.ByTotal official site/repo

Upgrading to Nopcommerce 4.3 and cannot find the Nop.Plugin.Shipping.ByTotal plugin. Does anyone know where to find the code/latest release?

It's included.

There's a button/toggle in the upper left:  Fixed Rate vs. ByWeight/Total

What version are you updating from ?

The ByTotal has been included with the ByWeight since 4.10
