Can't get Pick Up in store to work

Hi,

I'm trying to enable the Pick Up in store plugin. As far as I understand, I need to enable it in Configuration > Setting > Shipping Settings. So I did. The problem is that the list of pickup points in Configuration > Shipping > Pickup points providers remains empty, and there isn't any button to add a pickup point. I restarted the application (reload plugins) but that did not help.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

you should see an "Add a new pickup point" button in the Plugin's configuration view:
