Stripe Sofort --> get not redirected

I bought the Stripe Sofort payment method. I installed actived and configured it. I can choose on my webshop between PayPal and Stripe Sofort. But if I choose Stripe Sofort, i don't get redirected for the payment.
I didn't change something in the source code yet.

Does anybody have the same problem or knows how to solve it?

Which plugin ?
Did you follow the plugin instruction ?
Did you check the log for errors ?
Did you try contacting the developer for help ?
