Publish nop commerce 4.3

Hello guys, i deployed 4.3 nop commerce on a host server that i have but i am getting error

An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request.
BadImageFormatException: Image is too small.
System.Reflection.Throw.ImageTooSmall()

does someone knows what it is?
host server supports .net sdk 3.1.5

Btw i found this error on logs

Error:
