I'm trying to use the PayPal smart buttons plugin, but its behavior is fickle, sometimes it works and sometimes it returns the following error on the checkout page:
One or more errors occurred. (One or more errors occurred. (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused them))
I check this, my system don't show warnings on Admin Area.
In some moments the plugins work perfectly, but in others it presents this error, when I run the application on my local machine it works perfectly, but when publishing on the server it shows this inconstant behavior.
use production credentials vs sandbox depending on the plugin's sandbox setting under main Settings > Order settings > Checkout section : check 'Order totals on payment info tab' ensure server supports TLS 1.2
