Removing Top Menu in Responsive Theme

I'm currently using the theme nopWired in nopcommerce 3.8. When the pages load on mobile devices the menu clutters the screen and you can't really tell if a new page has actually loaded or not. Can I remove the menu on mobile size browsers only or does anyone have a better suggestion?

Sure you can, themes are open for modifications.
If you have knowledge about css you may also apply styles to support responsive to menu as well.
