EasyCaching.Core not found

Hello. I have upgraded the system from 4.2 to 4.3. After the update, the system stopped working. Gives an error message:
FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'EasyCaching.Core, Version=0.5.6.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified

did not change the code, used assembly without source code.
OS Windows Server 2016 64bit

I'm having the exact same problem using WebPublish within VS 2019.

Do you have any non-standard plugins installed ?
Maybe one you copied in from v4.2 ?

I've got it working now. On my first few attempts to Web Publish I did NOT delete everything in the target web site. I assumed whatever files needed to be overwritten would be and any deprecated files would be harmless. After deleting ALL files (with backups of APP_DATA files, images and custom themes) and publishing, everything worked well.
