Curreny Format Problem

i have a problem with the currency for the amounts of products  (NopCommerce Version 4.3). i can only enter whole amounts for the german language.  with dot i get this error message:
The value '61.3' is not valid for Preis.

but if I change to the english language it works

the sql collation  is Latin1_General_CI_AS

anyone have an idea?
