Sending not Visible grid data on update

Hi,

I have a grid using the new implementation in administration.
I have a column which is not visible. But I need this data to be sent to back-end when the record is updated.
It looks with current implementation of datatables it is not working in that way or I miss something?
I use nopCommerce v4.3 from release date.

Is there a way to achieve that without changing the implementation of nopCommerce datatables?
