Discount on category

Discount applicable on category that is buy one get one free  based on a category

Buy 2 get 1 free on a category

the free item discount will be of the lowest price item discount of that category

On a category if buy one item then 30% if two items then 40% if 3 items then total 50% discount

Is there any plugin so that using that plug in the above discounts are possible
