Hi there
Im using version 4.2
I think i have noticed a strange thing If i wriote an article as a news item its veryq ucikly indexed by google.
However if i write an article and put in the blog section google does not find it.
it seems stay unindexed.
(obv the articles in easch section (new or blog )are different text but both well written and releveant to my site) aome articles in the blog are unindexed after 6 months.

has anyone else noticed this?
is their a solution ? If not i will move my blog articles to news...

Silly question, is there a direct link to your blog section somewhere on the home page?

its almost as if google doesnt give the blg any weight compared to news...

check that "Sitemap includes blog posts" is ticked in Admin / Settings / General Settings / Sitemap
