Is there a possibility of integrating with Bitrix24 or limecall.com software for lead capture functionality with nopcommerce and also is integration possible with supersaas.com for appointment booking functionality?

Did you search the Marketplace?

If it's not there, then yes, it's "possible" to integrate with other systems if you or your developer creates a plugin for it.
