I am new to Nop
and was wondering if there is a plugin to ship with Purolator?

Purolator says it uses ShipStation

And there is a ShipStation Plugin

Shipstation supports Purolator as a Shipping Company. For your website integration you can use our Plugin: Shipstation.
So indirectly you will connect to the Purolator through your Website.
